Robert joins Broad Arrow Group as a consignment specialist with 20-plus years of experience within the collector car industry.

Having grown up surrounded by vintage cars and attending events, Robert joined the international auctioneer Bonhams in 2003, shortly after graduating from university. Initially based in London, he went on to head up the motoring division in Australia before taking on the role of “Directeur Commercial” for Bonhams Europe, based in Paris. In 2013, Robert established his own company and showrooms at Bicester Heritage in Oxfordshire, specializing in the sale and acquisition of historic sports, competition, and collector cars. Robert’s main interest is in competition cars of all eras, and his industry experience has resulted in an extensive network of international clients and suppliers and invaluable knowledge of the whereabouts of many of the world’s most desirable and rare cars and their associated commercial values.

These experiences, coupled with over a decade of running his own brokerage business, have resulted in an extensive network of international clients and suppliers, and in recent years, Robert has increasingly been involved in restoration project and collection acquisition management for high-net-worth individuals in the United Kingdom and further afield. He is well-versed in liaising with trustees, private family offices, and their associated solicitors, as well as the individuals themselves - ensuring that delivery on carefully prepared budgets and timeframes is met both professionally and proficiently.

Robert regularly attends international motoring events in his Vauxhall 30-98 or Bentley 3/4½-Litre Tourer and is based out of the UK.
